This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of GEM Premium People who are trading as an employment business.

If so, our client based in Sunderland are currently recruiting for a high volume of Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team. This is a Full Time, Permanent role.

You will be required to efficiently complete customer requests and provide accurate information, always ensuring the highest level of customer care is provided. You will pro-actively cross sell other products and services to ensure their customers are provided with the best services available.

You will be required to:

Provide first class customer service by telephone, taking the opportunity to cross-sell all available products.
Remain calm and professional whilst dealing with difficult situations.
Build rapport and empathise with customers.
Ability to work to meet targets and work effectively and efficiently.
Take ownership of customer’s query and ensure that all agreed actions are completed.
When possible, attempt to reach a first-time resolution with all customers.
Adhere to OFGEM regulations and remain compliant at all times.
Inbound Hours:

40 hours per week
Inbound Salary:

£18,720 per annum
Outbound Hours:

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) 3 10-6 shifts and 1 12-8 per week.
Outbound Salary:

£17,550 per annum plus monthly bonus earning potential and incentives.
