Job Description

The role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to support the Recruitment Team on the range of apprentice vacancy we are representing for our clients throughout the North East, based in our Peterlee Office. There are a range of tasks within this role and must be completed to a high standard.

The tasks and requirements within the role are:
• Sourcing new candidates through National Apprenticeship Service, job boards, referrals and social media tools (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)
• Building a stakeholder network to enable your vacancies to reach all young people and attract candidates from a wide range of diverse backgrounds
• Build a professional and engaging social media network to promote opportunities and the benefits of apprenticeships
• Maintaining contact with registered candidates on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Creating attractive and innovative job descriptions and advertising vacancies
• Screen candidates on the phone and video interviews against agreed client requirement
• Deliver effective interview preparation and techniques by coaching and mentoring candidates prior to client interviews
• Present CV’s, Video Interviews and overview on all suitable candidates to the client
• Facilitate assessment centres, virtual tours and video interviews in conjunction with the client
• Provide robust careers advice and information advice and guidance to candidates
• General administrative work

• Strong IT skills – knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel across the North East region
• The ability to work in a very fast-paced and quickly changing environment
• Excellent telephone manner

Desired qualifications
• GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

Working week
• Monday - Friday, Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm

Weekly wage
• £161.85
