GEM's Hospitality & Catering Division supports All Saints College - Gateshead prestigious awards evening on the 2nd November, recognising outstanding acheivement across the academic year.
Paul Lawson; principle consultant at GEM's hospitality division was in attendance for the entire evening with internationally acclaimed chef Shaun Dalton. The night was a major success with over 80 awards for achievement presented, including an award sponsored and presented by GEM for outstanding work within the catering area and support of the college's all new fresh food mission.
Paul, an experienced chef in his own right and Shaun Dalton prepared a number of Signature dishes on this theme on the evening which were then displayed for parents, governors and pupils to view and gain inspiration from.
