In recognition of all the hard work year to date, the ladies at GEM spent an enjoyable afternoon at Marco Pierre White Steakhouse learning how to make cocktails.

Guiding them through the lesson, were 2 of MPW's most experienced cocktail makers, who passed over some of their tips and secrets.



The results were undoubtedly "mixed" but needless to say the sampling of their concoctions was the highlight of the day!
