Professional Services Re Branding Journey

GEM Professional Services are currently embarking on a re-positioning journey to bolster the awareness of the Professional Services Division across the region, with a view to collaborate within, scope out and access new markets. The result will be a rewarding process that we anticipate will deliver significant commercial benefits to the Division within the wider GEM Partnership service portfolio.

Our rebranding and repositioning journey will breathe new life into our service offering that currently spans multiple markets, sectors and professional networks, congruent with the evolving recruitment landscape here in the North East. In addition, the intention is to increase broad awareness of our expanding service proposition within both client and candidate arenas. We have based our enhanced Professional Services offering on a distinct differentiation strategy, a clearly understood set of organisational values, a shared creative vision for service excellence and thought for how the Professional Services Division of GEM Partnership needs to be perceived within a broad group of stakeholders.

As our business continues to grow, our service proposition, potential to add value and corporate aspirations must grow with it. We strongly feel our identity transition will reflect and accommodate those changes over the long term.

The technical breadth of the Professional Services team allows us to successfully operate across a number of defined market sectors and functional areas of expertise, including; Engineering & Manufacturing, Finance, Information Technology, Purchasing & Supply Chain, and Commercial & Contact Centre. GEM Partnership’s revised Professional Services offering aims to support both intermediate and senior candidates across these markets with their career development planning and opportunity search, equally servicing comprehensively client requirements at this level via a wide range of engagement and supply contexts.

Our candidate database and professional networks are mature and multi-disciplinary; however, we continually strive to forge new relationships with passive and active talent in the market place, ensuring the introduction of high calibre talent to our clients is never compromised.
