This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Gem Partnership who are currently trading as recruitment business, our client is a long-established food manufacture, based in the Middlesbrough area, due to demand they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with an in-date Counterbalance license to join their team.
Duties Include:
Loading and tipping materials from curtain side trailers with the use of counter balance and flexi trucks (inhouse license to be gained).
Checking that all goods are correct as stated on delivery/dispatch paperwork
Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly for both incoming stock and when dispatching outgoing orders
Pick orders for customers (internal & external)
Moving stock throughout warehouse- finished goods/packaging
Adhering to strict health and safety and wearing of PPE
Target driven environment
Ideal Candidate:
The operator will need to have an in-date Counterbalance license
Flexi License would be advantageous
Minimum of 6-month experience working within a warehouse environment
Self-motivated as time management is critical
Competent at reading and writing as there is paperwork to be completed for materials
Shifts & Rates:
4 on 4 off continental shifts- days and nights – £11.62 per hour
Monday to Friday- 8am to 4pm – £9.68 per hour
