Job Description
We have an amazing opportunity for a Panel Beater to join our growing team, your role will be to identify the parts of the frame and body work that have been affected, assess the extent of the damage and carry out the repairs using techniques such as planishing and body filling.
Duties
• Stripping and fitting panels
• Carrying out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition in line with approved methods
• Pulling out dents with aid of pin puller, slide hammers, miracle pulled, jig and panel beating hammers
• Completing minor and major filler work on the panels
Required knowledge, skills or experience
• Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician / Panel Beater
• Full UK Driving Licence
• You will need to work independently on vehicles and have experience to make decisions when required
• Excellent attention to detail

Location: South Tyneside
Hours of work:
• Monday – Friday 40 hours
Rates of pay:
• £28000 – £34000 dependent on experience
