About the role:
As Sales Executive you will be responsible for a number of key business performance areas, including:
• Follow a structured sales process designed to maximise each sales opportunity
• Identify, target and make appointments with prospective customers.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Follow processes for the sale of finance and insurance products.
• Ensure all customers receive a comprehensive and courteous experience.
• Car Sales or High Street Retail Experience required with excellent earning potential.
Required knowledge, skills or experience:
• Desire and drive to achieve management monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ability to use the latest showroom technologies to demonstrate the cars on offer.
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident, well presented and able to work as part of a team.
• Honest, professional approach to customers.
• Committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Be confident in front of customers handling enquiries and questions relating to the services we provide.
• Be comfortable understanding customer needs and proactively promoting any relevant product or service which would benefit the customer.
• Be well organised, computer literate, appreciate the importance of attention to detail.
• Be willing to take part in Product Familiarisation training organised through Peugeot to ensure they are fully aware of the range of products and service we can offer our customers.
• Hold a full clean UK driving Licence (please note age restrictions may apply due to the driving element within this role)

Hours of work:
This is a full-time role, and you will be expected to work between 8:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm (on a rota basis) at our dealership in Northallerton. UK Driving License Required.
Rates of pay:
£30 – £35K OTE
