New Appointment – Julie Harriman

GEM Partnership are delighted to welcome Julie Harriman to our Training team in a IQA role

Speaking about the appointment, Natalie Brown – Delivery Manager said:

We welcome Julie Harriman as our new IQA to Gem Partnership, Julie comes with a vast wealth of knowledge and experience within the education and training sector.

She has settled well into her new role, and she has quickly become part of the Gem Partnership team. We welcome Julie on her new journey.

We also caught up with Julie and spoke about her experience so far:

I have worked in Further Education and IT training for over 20 years in a variety of roles, tutor, assessor,  IQA and Quality helping people develop new shills, progress in their current roles, gain employment of late  supported SME’s in their growth. Much of my career has focused on work-based delivery in a wide range of settings.

So far, my first few weeks have been extremely busy especially as we are coming towards the end of the academic year.  I have been made to feel very welcome at Gem.  It has been very interesting visiting some of the local manufacturing businesses that they support.
