Our Focus on Learners

Helping You Advance

At GEM Partnership we are committed to ensuring that all our learners get the most from their training programme, be it knowledge and expertise or support and guidance.

Whether you are a learner on an apprenticeship, a manufacturing pre-employment programme, or a short training course, our professional delivery team and qualified trainers are on-hand to support you. They will take the time to understand your skills, career aspirations, and learning goals, to ensure you get maximum benefit from your training experience. They will also support you throughout your training journey with GEM Partnership, providing clear communication every step of the way.

In addition, our training specialists keep their fingers on the pulse of the industry to provide you with expert advice, market insights, and new opportunities all in-line with industry best practice.

Apprenticeships with GEM Partnership

Our apprenticeship programme is structured and well planned to include key milestones that are closely monitored and reviewed by our dedicated delivery team and expert trainers. We will initially meet to discuss your requirements and conduct a thorough training needs analysis on what you as an employer and your staff as individual apprentices require to best suit the sectors your organisation works within.

We pride ourselves on the way we engage and communicate with our learners. Every apprentice has a 360 review with their trainer, line manager and/or mentor every 8 – 10 weeks with the dates of these agreed at the initial stages of the apprenticeship. This is an opportunity for all parties to evaluate the progress being made with each apprentice on a case-by-case basis and ascertain if there is any need for additional support, be that for their personal development or their 20% off the job activities. This is also an opportunity to raise any concerns or issues you may have.

We strive for continual improvement within our services, to ensure maximum benefit for our customers. Therefore, data will be reviewed and acted upon regularly.
