About GEM Partnership

GEM Partnership was established in 2009 by our Directors Lee Rankin, Rob Dunbar, Maria Miller, and Ian Miller, to deliver recruitment solutions with exceptional levels of service to both our clients and the candidates we represent. Since then, our capabilities and services have grown significantly, whilst this ethos has remained at the heart of our business. This includes the launch of our training division in 2017, which was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted (2022), to further cement our position as a provider of complete workforce solutions.
