GEM Partnership Spotlight – November 2025
Returning for November, it’s our Spotlight series!

For this month, our Training Director, Kelly Lee has nominated GEM’s Digital and Data Manager, James Proudlock:
I would like to nominate James for the collaboration with Husqvarna to create the Husqvarna Academy video.
James worked in partnership with HR to create a plan of content for the video, organising scripts, video footage and ensuring all staff taking part were in the best position to shine on camera.
James also stepped in to provide the voice over for the full video. The video is fantastic and it was great to see the impact it had when launched on the 6th October. Well done James.
We caught up with James regarding his nomination:
It was a great experience being part of the launch of the Academy, and contributing with the work towards the launch video. Having worked with Husqvarna for nearly 8 years in various capacities, I felt well placed to able to support in capturing the best qualities of both Husqvarna and GEM.
The project was completed in quite a short time frame, but wouldn’t of been possible without significant investment in new equipment, the support and contribution from everyone involved in the video and particularly Debbie Charlton.
From starting this role in July 2023, it’s amazing how far it has progressed, the projects we can undertake and content we can produce as a business.
