Returning for December, it’s our Spotlight series!

For this month, it’s our first ever dual nomination from Director Maria Miller and Operations Manager Chris Boughen who have put forward GEM’s Audit & Compliance Manager Ruth Jackson:
Maria Miller:
Ruth is one of GEM’s longest serving members of staff and has an incredible wealth of knowledge across all facets of our business. She is incredibly helpful and supportive of everyone within the business and will always be willing to lend a hand or take on extra work.
Chris Boughen:
I know Ruth has been involved in supporting many areas of the business, from compliance (industrial and commercial projects), policy updates and pending audit preparations and I am sure there’s many, many more aspects and projects that I’m not aware of.
However; the quality of Ruth’s work and approachable character really underpins the service we offer to both candidates and clients. The support she offers to me personally and my wider team has been invaluable for a long period of time now to ensure we stay compliant in a very complex profession.
