Rob Joyce recently celebrated 15 years of working with GEM Partnership, a fantastic achievement!
Rob said of his time with GEM:
I really enjoy working for the company! While the role can be demanding at times, it’s incredibly rewarding to help candidates secure employment and make a real difference in their lives. The supportive and positive company culture truly sets Gem Partnership apart and makes it an amazing place to work.
One of the things I’m most proud of is the impact I’ve been able to make over the past 15 years, supporting so many candidates into employment and helping to change lives along the way. Building lasting relationships with candidates, colleagues and clients, and seeing people grow and succeed, has been incredibly rewarding. It’s a great feeling to know you’ve played a small part in that journey.
There are so many great memories that it’s hard to choose just one. I’ve always liked attending the company social events. The days at the races have definitely been a highlight and are always something I really look forward to!
If I could give my first day self one piece of advice, it would be to believe in myself and embrace every opportunity that comes my way. It can feel overwhelming at first, but stepping out of your comfort zone, asking questions, and getting fully involved really pays off. The support is there, and once you settle in, it becomes such a rewarding and enjoyable place to work.
