Apprenticeship Success
Time to celebrate!
GEM Partnership would like to pass on our congratulations to Kasia Collinson and Alex Garwood for passing their Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor and Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeships respectively with Distinction grades – a fantastic achievement.
Speaking about her apprenticeship, Kasia says “I had an amazing journey through my learning with GEM training. It gave me the opportunity to develop my skills but also the time to reflect on many things. I really appreciate all the hard work Kayleigh Johnson did for me as she is amazing in what she is doing and I always got her support in everything I was doing. Thanks to her and Luke I finished my course with a distinction and I very much appreciate that. I think more tutors should be like them as I don’t imagine finishing this with anyone else. Thank you so much for this amazing experience.”
Alex also says “Having gained this qualification, I have been able to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge and get a full understanding of what a customer service practitioner entails. Doing this apprenticeship has also helped to boost my confidence both personally and professionally and I would strongly recommend anyone to do an apprenticeship if they can.”
