Celebration of Success – Ian Newton and Ryan Morgan
Everyone at GEM Partnership loves to celebrate the success achieved by our learners, given the hard work and commitment it takes to complete their learning.
Following on from our recent celebration of success (https://www.gempartnership.com/celebration-of-success-brett-egan-again/) we’re delighted to be able to offer our congratulations to more of our training team in Ian Newton and Ryan Morgan, on the completion of their LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt qualification!
Speaking about their qualification:
Ian: “The qualification has really improved my knowledge and will be integrated into apprenticeship delivery of the Improvement Technician Level 3 and Improvement Practitioner Level 4 qualifications.”
Ryan: “The qualification will be helpful for my delivery as it allows me to teach a step up from my current LEAN courses. This looks deeper into the theory of LEAN and how to solve problems in a Manufacturing environment.”
