New Appointment – Karen Szydlowski
GEM Partnership are delighted to welcome Karen Szydlowski to our Training Delivery team
Speaking about the appointment, Kelly Lee – Training Director said:
We are delighted to have Karen as part of the delivery team. She has a natural ability of ensuring her learners flourish within the training.
Coupled with her lean management experience she is well equipped to provide the right skills for all her learners to progress into the working environment.
We also caught up with Karen and spoke about her experience so far:
I have been working in adult teaching for 5 years teaching lean warehousing facilities and environmental awareness.
I have heard some great feedback on the success rates of learners into jobs via GEM, so I was hooked. I love to see people gain employment as it’s life changing providing security and routine and financial freedom
My induction has been organised and everyone in the office has been so supportive and friendly. I feel like I am part of a team now and working for a company’s that has its learners and staff at the forefront of there values.
