New Appointment – Kirsty Graham

GEM Partnership are delighted to welcome Kirsty Graham to our Training team as our Education & Skills Lead

Speaking about her recent appointment and responsibilities, Kirsty said:

My time with GEM so far has been incredibly positive. I have really valued the supportive, collaborative culture and the sense of purpose that runs through everything we do. Working with colleagues who genuinely care about learners’ outcomes has helped me grow quickly, and I have appreciated the opportunities to contribute, share ideas, and shape ways of working, which has made the experience hugely rewarding.

I am excited to take a more strategic role in championing SEND and inclusion. Ensuring every learner has what they need to succeed is at the heart of meaningful education, and I am keen to strengthen our approach across programmes.

Continuous improvement is something I am passionate about. I believe that when we are reflective and open to finding smarter, better ways of doing things, the whole organisation benefits, especially our learners. In this new role, I am committed to strengthening consistency, sharing best practice, and ensuring our processes are robust and meaningful.

I feel proud to be stepping into this position and grateful for the trust placed in me. GEM has a strong foundation of dedicated people and positive values, and I am excited to play a bigger part in shaping our future direction.

Speaking about Kirsty’s appointment, GEM’s Training Director, Kelly Lee said:

Kirsty’s experience, commitment to learner success, and passion for improving education will make a real difference as we continue to develop and enhance our provision.
