GEM Partnership

Our focus on learners

Helping You Advance

At GEM Partnership, we are committed to ensuring every learner gains maximum value from their training—whether that’s knowledge, practical expertise, or ongoing support and guidance.

Whether you’re enrolled in an apprenticeship, a manufacturing pre-employment programme, or a short training course, our experienced delivery team and qualified trainers are here to help. We take the time to understand your skills, career aspirations, and learning objectives, tailoring our approach to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Throughout your training journey, we provide clear communication, personalised support, and a commitment to helping you achieve your goals—every step of the way.

Apprenticeships with GEM Partnership

Our apprenticeship programmes are structured, well-planned, and built around key milestones that are closely monitored by our dedicated delivery team and expert trainers. We begin by conducting a thorough training needs analysis, ensuring the programme meets both your organisational requirements and the individual development needs of your apprentices.

We pride ourselves on clear, consistent communication. Every apprentice participates in a 360° review every 8–10 weeks, involving their trainer, line manager, and/or mentor. These reviews—scheduled at the outset—provide an opportunity to assess progress, identify additional support needs (including personal development and 20% off-the-job activities), and address any concerns promptly.

Our commitment to continuous improvement means we regularly review and act upon performance data, ensuring maximum benefit for both employers and learners.

Our Commitment to Apprentices

GEM Partnership will:

  • Take all prior learning into account.
  • Utilise schemes of work, ensuring curriculum aligns to assessment plans and the embedding of workplace practices.
  • Support employers and train and coach mentors, sharing best practice.
  • Log all off-the-job training.
  • Conduct all mock/practice tests under exam/EPA conditions.
  • Work closely with End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAO).
