Job Description

To become a trusted advisor to the client this position requires someone who is knowledgeable, comfortable on the telephone and in digital conversation. They are methodical, structured, and comfortable working with systems including LinkedIn and Microsoft.

Due to continued growth, my client is looking to add an ambitious Customer Solutions Advisor to their team. The appointed candidate will begin their journey by shadowing the technical department, in order to gain thorough understanding of the solution they provide. Upon completion, they will then integrate with the Sales Department, taking on a soft approach via warm leads in a Sales Admin/Internal Sales capacity.

After a period of time the successful candidate will move in to a full sales development role where they will research, identify and engage new prospects, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to better understand their needs and product fit.
Where there is a good fit, they will book the meetings for a member of the sales team to deliver a product demonstration.

The Role
• Inbound Call Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls, understanding their communication challenges and technical requirements.
• Proactive Engagement: Outbound Call Management. Utilise insights from Lead Forensics to identify and contact prospective companies who have visited our website, initiating conversations to understand their specific communication needs and potential challenges.
• Solution Development: Leverage extensive product knowledge to recommend and articulate the most effective and appropriate technical solutions.
• Quotation Generation: Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive quotations, clearly outlining product specifications, pricing, and terms.
• Technical Explanations: Translate technical information into easily understandable language for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clients comprehend the benefits and functionalities of proposed solutions.
• CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of our entire product portfolio.
Once established within the business, you will then be expected to:
• Hunt and develop new leads, identify prospects, build relationships and book in appointments.
• Effectively use the phone, e-mail and social selling to maximise meetings booked and revenue won.

The Person

• Ideally you will be educated to a degree level or equivalent, but this is not essential.
• Motivated to exceed expectations and work to targets.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
