I am enjoying the course so far as I am very passionate about my role at The Bannatyne Group and this course allows me the opportunity to discuss the details of my job role, Customer Support Advisor, and learn even more about the organisation. Kayleigh is incredibly helpful and a lovely person, I have her support and guidance wherever necessary, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. I will be completing my next course as soon as possible and look forward to the further opportunity with Kayleigh as my trainer.

My qualification was work intensive, but extremely rewarding. The feeling of achievement when handing in an assignment that I poured my heart into, was like been on top of the world. I have never been the academic type, but the way the course is presented, made it easy to commit to it and see results. The skills I have picked up have made me much more confident and I feel like I will be better in my current and future roles. The EPA was tough, but my trainer helped me prepare and the examiner wanted to see me so well. I found it to be a really interesting experience.

I wanted to do a course to improve my skill set and grow confidence within the business sector. I started the Level 3 Business Administrator course and found it very interesting. I felt it suited what I needed to complete in my job role and has led me to develop and learn different areas of business and the terminology use. My trainer was amazing, very patient, and always encourgaged me to get the best out of my modules and assessments. I am over the moon to have completed the course with a Distinction, especially with delays due to COVID. I would recommend GEM Training to anyone else who is considering gaining a qualification.
