I am currently completing the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship course with Kayleigh Johnson as my trainer. I am enjoying the course so far as I am very passionate about my role at The Bannatyne Group and this course allows me the opportunity to discuss the details of my job role, Customer Support Advisor, and learn even more about the organisation. Kayleigh is incredibly helpful and a lovely person, I have her support and guidance wherever necessary, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. I will be completing my next course as soon as possible and look forward to the further opportunity with Kayleigh as my trainer.
