Erin and Claire from Mission say: “We have had various courses running on site including team leading level 2 and train the trainer level 3 which have benefitted both the individual and the organisation. We have seen positive changes since the training took place including team dynamics and motivation. We are looking forward to progressing with further training and upskilling.”

Kayleigh who provided the training for GEM adds: “I thoroughly enjoyed supporting the teams through their learning journey with the support from Claire and Erin. The staff were welcoming and enthusiastic which made the training very successful. I am looking forward to delivering further training in the future”

We are delighted to announce that Tanya Marie English has re-joined the business as part of our Training Team as Quality Manager.

Our Operations Manager Kelly Lee says: “We are delighted to have Tanya join the Senior Management Team as Quality Manager. This role is integral to our business growth as we continue to deliver high quality learning and our move towards outstanding apprenticeship provision.”
