We decided to bring GEM Partnership on board to support us with the delivery of the CI Practitioner Apprenticeship as they had a fantastic approach in supporting the business with the overall delivery. They made the time to get to know the people, the business and really understand our processes, spending time with our colleagues in the operational and logistics teams to gain background knowledge on what we do here at Inspired Pet Nutrition and most importantly, how it works! Applying this level of detail to an apprenticeship is not something you come across every day. They also ensured that we had the flexibility to start the delivery when we were ready and made sure that we had everything that we needed in place in time for launch, the attention to detail has been exemplary.
