The opportunity presented by GEM Partnership was really well matched to my profile and skillset. On agreeing to go forward with my application, Ian was able to support and coach me throughout allowing me to understand the challenges and opportunities that the role would present. With Ian’s support I was offered the job without having to complete the final stage of the interview process, so well matched was I to the company’s requirements. GEM Partnership managed to balance the requirements of the clients with the requirements of their candidates superbly. I would absolutely recommend them based on my experience.
I am over the moon to have achieved a Distinction in my Level 4 end point assessment through United Centre of Excellence to become a Lean Practitioner. The course was very enjoyable and if you are willing to work hard you will definitely gain valuable life skills. Thank you to my trainer for supporting me through this experience and to all those at GEM who have contributed to providing a great apprenticeship structure to follow. Lastly, thank you to all those that have guided me through this learning journey.
My experience with GEM Partnership was genuinely the best experience I have had with a recruitment consultancy in my career. Ian kept me up to date on every development and was as enthusiastic as I was at the chance of me landing the role. His knowledge of his clients is second to none, allowing for fantastic advice, giving me that helping hand to beat out the competition for the role. I am genuinely saddened that I won't be using GEM Partnership in the future, as they did such a good job, I don't intend on ever leaving my new role. I would recommend GEM Partnership to anyone in my professional or social circle.
I have used numerous recruitment companies over the last two decades both as a client and a candidate and have received service that ranges from good to indifferent. I can hand on heart say with complete certainty that GEM Partnership has been the best agency. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, organised, and supportive. Along every step of my journey, I was kept updated on progress and I now consider GEM as part of the family.

Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship
I am currently completing the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship course with Kayleigh Johnson as my trainer. I am enjoying the course so far as I am very passionate about my role at The Bannatyne Group and this course allows me the opportunity to discuss the details of my job role, Customer Support Advisor, and learn even more about the organisation. Kayleigh is incredibly helpful and a lovely person, I have her support and guidance wherever necessary, and I have nothing but positive things to say about her. I will be completing my next course as soon as possible and look forward to the further opportunity with Kayleigh as my trainer.

GEM were fantastic from start to finish. They made the content easy to understand and helped relate everything back to my job role and how it impacts Husqvarna. Having that understanding has really helped me progress in my career. Thank you to everyone who has supported along the way!

Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisor Apprenticeship
My qualification was work intensive, but extremely rewarding. The feeling of achievement when handing in an assignment that I poured my heart into, was like been on top of the world. I have never been the academic type, but the way the course is presented, made it easy to commit to it and see results. The skills I have picked up have made me much more confident and I feel like I will be better in my current and future roles. The EPA was tough, but my trainer helped me prepare and the examiner wanted to see me so well. I found it to be a really interesting experience.

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
I'm over the moon to have finished my apprenticeship with a Distinction in my level 3 Business Administration course. It was hard work but with the help of Denise and others at GEM Training, I have achieved what I thought wasn't possible. Thank you so much!
Since starting with GEM Partnership, everything has been great. Being paid on time and receiving payslips has been excellent. The team at the Gestamp site have been fabulous, Stacey being my main port of call. I’m very happy.

Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship
I undertook a level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship to help build on my existing knowledge of the business I work in. The framework was clear about what content needed to be covered and what format my end point assessment would be. I received fantastic support along the way, from general questions through to how to document my evidence and running through my presentation. This support was a great help and allowed me to achieve a distinction.
