We decided to bring GEM Partnership on board to support us with the delivery of the CI Practitioner Apprenticeship as they had a fantastic approach in supporting the business with the overall delivery. They made the time to get to know the people, the business and really understand our processes, spending time with our colleagues in the operational and logistics teams to gain background knowledge on what we do here at Inspired Pet Nutrition and most importantly, how it works! Applying this level of detail to an apprenticeship is not something you come across every day. I dropped in on several of the training sessions and on every occasion found it difficult to draw myself away as the content and discussions were so engaging, being blended with the Culture Dialogues which was current at the time certainly added relevance. Really appreciative of the support given and the enthusiasm of Craig/Ian and Kayleigh who all really do “get” people and make the difference.
Can I just say what a fantastic guide and support Kayleigh has been for all our learners, especially Phil and John who had been through a rocky relationship with the apprenticeship when there previous trainer left. Through her tenacity, dedication, communication and influencing skills, Kayleigh has managed to rebuild that relationship, get them back into learning and got them successfully through their EPA. They are strong characters with their own strong ways of dealing with things, but she somehow managed to get them onside and ended up with an outcome a few of us at one point felt would never happen!
